Method
- Sauté mustard seeds, spice rub onion and garlic with butter in sauce pan. 5min till translucent
- Add Worcestershire, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, stock or juices from the meat, brown sugar and water to create a thick chunky sauce
- Let simmer for 10 min and then you can serve or place in a food processor for a Smokey silky rich sauce. This sauce can be frozen and used for any cooked meats
